The advent season begins Sunday, November 29, with the message of “Hope in Christ” at Mountain Shadows Presbyterian Church, 14240 N. Oracle Road in Catalina. The sanctuary and ramada will be decorated in holiday colors with many items created by members and friends of this congregation.

Sunday, December 6, the 10:00 a.m. service will be titled “Peace on Earth.” The following Sunday, the 13th, will be “Joy: a Celebration of Seasonal Music” with guest musicians. December 20 will feature “Love and Light,” and a Christmas Eve service on December 24 will be held at 5:00 p.m. with everyone invited. Special harp and flute music, along with Christmas carols, will be featured.
