Calling all cyclists

Calling all cyclists! Put Saturday, November 22, 2014 on your calendar.

IMPACT of Southern Arizona (formerly Catalina Community Services) is a beneficiary of El Tour de Tucson again this year! Here’s a great opportunity to support IMPACT of Southern Arizona and help raise funds! Are you planning on riding in El Tour de Tucson this year? Have a friend or family member who is? Riders can collect pledges, family and friends can sponsor a rider, or you can become a corporate sponsor. Participants have the opportunity to have their registration paid and receive fun goodies, special jerseys and other incentives. Business sponsors can be seen by placing their logo on the IMPACT SoAZ jersey as well as other name recognition opportunities. The money you raise will help support programs benefiting our community.

IMPACT SoAZ programs include a food bank, which distributes U.S.D.A. emergency food boxes, produce and meat as well as the Loving Threads Community Clothing Bank, which serves more than 800 individuals each month. IMPACT of Southern Arizona also operates a senior center at 16701 N. Oracle Rd., No. 145, serving lunch three days a week and providing meal delivery to homebound residents. Founded in 2000, IMPACT of Southern Arizona serves Northwest Tucson, Catalina, Oro Valley, SaddleBrooke, Southeastern Pinal County and the Greater Vail area. The vision of IMPACT of Southern Arizona is to improve lives and inspire futures for local individuals and families.
