Employee Appreciation Committee
It is our pleasure to once again recognize the employees of The Bistro, Patrol, Facilities/Maintenance, The Clubhouse and Management. We plan to acknowledge the employees’ time and efforts with a cocktail hour and dinner followed by dessert and presentation of a gift basket and a cash gift to each employee. Music will be provided by Jim Carstens.
We encourage you to stop by and say thank you between 3:00 and 3:30 p.m. on the afternoon of December 10.
We ask that all residents consider helping in one or more of the following ways:
Monetary Donations: Donations may be made by picking up a flyer with an attached envelope at the front desk of the La Hacienda Club. Donations will be strictly confidential and will be distributed as cash gifts to the employees at the dinner. Please make checks payable to EAC. No cash, please.
Gift Baskets: Donations of new items and gift cards would be appreciated for the creation of gift baskets for each employee based on the following themes (with some suggestions):
Entertainment: current DVDs, card games, gourmet snacks, holiday candy.
Pampering: candles, chocolate, body lotion, body creams, bath salts, fluffy towels.
Cooking: kitchen gadgets, ready-made soups, spices, measuring spoons.
Bar-B-Q: grilling accessories, oven mitts, grilling rubs/sauces
Starbucks: coffee, tea, flavored coffee or tea, mugs
Gift Cards related to the above themes: Home Depot, Fry’s, World Market, Restaurants, Theaters, Target, Starbucks
Please remember, these are only suggestions. Other items are welcome.
Please drop off your donations at the homes of Colleen Carey, 60681 East Arroyo Grande Drive or Ardie Rossi, 32280 S. Serval Drive, no later than December 3.
Appetizers or Cookies: Dinner will be provided for the employees this year. If you would like to make a cold appetizer or cookies, please email Judy Andrasic at [email protected]. Appetizers and cookies will need to be brought to Judy’s home at Gulch Pass by December 9.
