The GriefShare faith-based support and education group sponsored by Community Church of SaddleBrooke (CCSB) will continue Sunday, November 4 and 11, 1:30-3:30 p.m. This helpful program will aid those who have lost a loved one through death as they go through the difficult process of rebuilding their lives. The program includes video seminars by prominent professional therapists, pastor speakers and authors who are trained in grief recovery as well as testimonies of folks who have experienced their own loss.

Our GriefShare leaders have all been through the grief journey themselves. Each session stands alone so participants can benefit by joining the group for some of the sessions even if they are unable to come to all of the 13 weeks that it will be offered. Each week will cover a different aspect of the grieving process and those who attend will learn, in a safe, confidential space, that they are not alone. There is a very helpful workbook which teaches skills to help maneuver this difficult journey. The fee for the workbook is $20.

The GriefShare group will meet at the CCSB Parish House 36768 S Aaron Lane, Tucson on Sunday, November 4 and November 11, 1:30-3:30 p.m. To get further information or register for the group call Bruce Block at 858-692-5227 or [email protected] or Cari Block at 858-243-3747 or [email protected].
