In our October meeting we will host our twice yearly “Discover Your Roots Clinic.” The purpose of the clinic is to provide individual assistance and resources to our SBR community members who are beginning or continuing their quest to find their ancestors and build their family tree. Some of you may have hand-written notes from known ancestors or bags of memorial cards collected over the years or just a name of an ancestor with no known birth or date of death. People leave with more information than they came with and a renewed enthusiasm for continuing their research or just getting a handle on how to organize their family’s information.
