SBR Pickleball Association holds skills building clinic

Rich Ferris, President

The SaddleBrooke Ranch Pickleball Association recently sponsored two skills-building clinics. Participants were given instruction on serving, return of serve, shot selection and court positioning.

The first session, dedicated to players at the 2.0 level, was taught by Teri Baer, Rick Hanson, Angela Jerman, Bill Reynolds and Marv Richter. Twelve players participated in this event.

The second session, for players at the 2.5 level, was coordinated by Bud Fairbanks who was assisted by Angela Jerman, Bill Reynolds, Larry Richter and Linda Richter. A total of 16 players participated.

Several players remarked that skills learned from the clinic measurably helped to improve their game.
