The Gardeners Exchange of SaddleBrooke Ranch welcomes Renee Stevens, Home Depot plant expert, on Wednesday, February 15, at 1:00 p.m. at La Hacienda Club to speak on Garden Pests: the Good, the Bad and the Beneficial.
One of Home Depot’s top garden gurus, Renee Stevens will share her secrets for keeping bad pests at bay while attracting (or maybe buying) the good ones to your vegetable garden.
She will teach you how to identify leaf-crunching, veggie-destroying pests and show you how to get rid of them without resorting to harsh, chemically based methods.
A self-taught organic gardener, Renee first got her hands in the dirt when she was just 6 years old thanks to her parents who encouraged her inquisitive mind by giving her a garden plot of her own at a tender young age.
And today she’s a pro. You will learn more from her in 10 minutes than most gardeners can learn in 10 years!
All are welcome. Open seating. No registration required. For more information please contact Zann Wilson at firstname.lastname@example.org or 219-263-3261.
