Thursday Talks welcomes Dennis Eckmeyer and David Karp to SaddleBrooke Ranch on Thursday, October 17 at 4 p.m. Dennis is a financial advisor and lives at SaddleBrooke Ranch. David is an estate planning, probate and trust administration lawyer in Tucson. Dennis will talk first about “Financial planning mistakes and a few tax planning tips.” David’s portion of the talk is “The top five gruesome estate planning mistakes.”
Most people have their estate plan and financial plan done, and then walk away, never to look at any of it again. Dennis and David take a unique client-centered approach to planning. “Estate planning is about people and stuff. It’s the stuff that drives people to plan, but good planning is about the people you love and the people who rely on you.”
Even if you already have a financial planner and an estate planning lawyer, both Dennis and David present information we all can use in our personal planning. They are great speakers and from them we will learn a few new ideas and tips.
