On the afternoon of February 27, over 60 Ranch pickleball enthusiasts gathered under the Ramada to join the Pickles and Burgers social play event. Players rotated teammates after playing a game to eight points. Competition was friendly and enjoyed by all the participants. Congratulations to Joe Campion, Cliff Hall, Bob Koerner and Anna Ung for winning the most games! They proudly received a jar of pickles and a Robson gift card!
Afterwards, players gathered in the Sol Ballroom at the new Ranch House for a buffet of hamburgers, French fries, fixings and drinks.
Thanks to the efforts of the Social Committee chairs Kathy Becker and Teresa Burchield and their team of event planners, Ronda Hayes, Anna Ung, Helga Stone, Janet Baker, Beth Keefer, Corine Sturdivant and Kristi Miller, for a wonderful time had by all. They indicated that this event would continue on a monthly basis since the support for this type of get together was outstanding. Look for the April invitation in your email boxes.
