Grief often leaves us distressed, depressed, suffering, or sorrowful. Grief can have devastating effects on your body, mind, and spirit, but support and encouragement are available for your journey through grieving.
The GriefShare Ministry of Community Church at SaddleBrooke will hold special educational and support seminars for people who are grieving the loss of a spouse, child, family member, or friend.
These seminars feature video interviews with respected, professional grief counselors and teachers who share insights on how to walk through grief in a healthy manner. After the video you will spend time in a small group discussing the concepts and how they apply to you.
Some of the topics include: Is This Normal?; Challenges of Grief; Guilt and Anger; Stuck?; Lessons of Grief; What Do I Live For Now?; and more. Each session is self-contained and is led by lay persons who have experienced their own losses.
We invite you to join us for these helpful seminars so that you will be better prepared to face the days to come with hope, and a measure of peace and assurance. These seminars will be held on select Sundays from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. from Dec. 6, 2020 through March 29, 2021.
