To say that we are proud of the support and generosity from our friends and family would be an understatement. Our loss of our daughter, Michelle, to Early Onset Alzheimer’s Disease is, and always will be, a nightmare. But our fight for a different future has helped to turn our grief into a purpose.
The Walk to End Alzheimer’s is how we honor those with the disease and those we have lost, those who fight for the ones who cannot fight for themselves, those who care about our communities, and how we remember those who cannot remember.
On Oct. 28, the sun shined brightly on our Walk to End Alzheimer’s Disease. The Walk was a culmination of efforts that resulted in raising $13,379!
Thank you to our Saddlebrooke Ranch residents along with others from nearby communities. One day there will be a cure and white flowers will be included for all of the survivors as we walk!
May next year be the year of the cure for this monster disease.
