The SaddleBrooke Ranch (SBR) Bocce Club Spring League playoff matches were played May 28 through 30. Only the top eight teams out of a field of 38 teams qualified for the playoffs. The Ballz & Dollz team, captain Rich Rogers, qualified for the playoffs. The Ballz & Dollz team edged out the Holy Rollers team, captain Jackie Foley, for the championship after an exciting back–and–forth match. The Summer League starts July 8 with team registration starting June 24. If you’re interested in playing bocce, an “Introduction to Bocce” session is open and free to any SBR resident on the first Tuesday of each month.
