The SaddleBrooke Ranch (SBR) Health and Wellness Fair will be held on Saturday, Feb. 22, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the Ranch House Sol Ballroom and entry hall. More than 45 providers will be on hand for our residents to visit to learn more about the services they provide to aid in our health and wellness.
Desert Life Pharmacy is our Platinum sponsor. Brianne Spaeth, owner and pharmacist, will have her team from the pharmacy as well as students from the University of Arizona Pharmacy School at the fair to provide glucose monitoring, blood pressure and oxygen checks, various vaccinations to administer, as well as students and technicians to provide medications review during the fair.
The students will have informational posters and handouts to answer your questions on heart issues, depression, over-the-counter medications, nutrition, and heat-related conditions.
Brianne’s pharmacy has been URAC accredited as a specialty pharmacy, also to provide diabetes education sessions for their clients.
Desert Life Pharmacy is contracted with all insurance carriers, including those recent changes for Blue Cross Blue Shield patients.
The pharmacy is located in SaddleBrooke. Hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., closed for lunch noon to 1 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and closed Sunday. They make prescription deliveries to residents at the Ranch upon request. You can request prescription refills online at desertlifepharmacy.com or call 520-477-9776. They partnered with NimbleRx to provide reminders, schedule delivery, and pay ahead of time for a speedy checkout.
Over the last four years, the Desert Life Pharmacy team, along with SBR Neighbors Helping Neighbors, has provided COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters as well as annual flu vaccinations. It is a great partner to SaddleBrooke Ranch residents.
