Democratic Club had a visit from Kari Hull, Deputy Directors of Statewide Outreach, and Shelly Hartman, Pima Community Action Team Coordinator, both from Save Our Schools Arizona, a community-based organization that has goals around public education including engaging Arizonans in dialogue around the state. We discussed some current topics, including the voucher system, fraudulent voucher expenses, curriculum and testing standards, and how public funds are being used.
