Wellness Roundup: “How to Slow, Stop, and Even Reverse Joint Aging” March 28

Join us on Friday, March 28, at 1:30 p.m., to learn more about how conventional joint care may be failing you and making things worse. Painkillers, steroid injections, and even surgery don’t actually address the underlying causes of joint degeneration. Our speaker is Dr. John Tait, from Origen Orthopedics and Optimal Health.

During this talk, Dr. Tait will discuss the truth about joint replacement and why you want to avoid it if you can. Discover why 35% of knee replacement patients still experience pain after surgery. He will explore the synergy of shockwave therapy, laser, and injectable biologics that can help reduce pain and restore joint health without surgery. He will also discuss how regenerative medicine can help you stay active for life. The science of regrowing and repairing joint tissue is available to you along with stem cells, PRP, peptides, and exosomes to regenerate cartilage and restore function.

Dr. Tait received his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and then completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan in Detroit, Mich. Following his residency, he pursued an additional year of fellowship training in Interventional Spine and Pain Management with Rehabilitation Physicians, P.C. in Novi, Mich., and another year completing a Sports Medicine fellowship at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Va.

He holds three board certifications in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation by both the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and in Sports Medicine by the American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine.

Join us for this informative presentation and discussion on Friday, March 28 starting at 1:30 p.m. in La Mesa/Montana Room.
