As summer heats up, so does the creativity of the members of We Be Beaders. The beaders are busy creating beautiful and unique jewelry to raise money to support the American Cancer Society. Everything from necklaces, bracelets, and earrings are being designed and executed for sale at the Women of Wine event on Sept. 18 from 3 to 5 p.m. All proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society. Want to be a part of this event? Stop by any Tuesday from 9 a.m. to noon and/or Friday from 1 to 4 p.m. in the Fine Arts Room in the Arts and Technology Center. Materials for your creations will be provided. Have fun and make things to sell to help a good cause.
