Sheriff Ross Teeple

Barry J. Brunetto

We are pleased to announce that our guest speaker, Pinal County Sheriff Ross Teeple, will be joining us on Aug. 20. This is an opportunity to listen to our newly elected sheriff as he outlines his objectives and plans.

Sheriff Teeple was elected to serve as the 25th Sheriff of Pinal County and took office on Jan. 1, 2025, As sheriff, he oversees a county the size of Connecticut and manages nearly 500 employees within the department.

He started his career in the United States Navy, serving on a fastattack submarine as a Sonar Technician during Desert Storm. After receiving an Honorable discharge from the Navy, he moved back to Arizona and married his wife, Corinne.

Before becoming Sheriff, Teeple was a deputy with the Pinal County Sheriff Office. During that time, he held the following assignments and ranks: Patrol Deputy, Search and Rescue Deputy, Honor Guard member, Patrol Sergeant, Criminal Investigations Sergeant, Internal Affairs Supervisor, Human Resources Manager, Patrol Lieutenant, and Aviation/Search and Rescue Lieutenant.

Sheriff Teeple was originally scheduled to speak at our May meeting; however, he had to cancel due to the Cody fire in Oracle. We hope there will be no further incidents requiring his attention so that he may join us this time.

We look forward to his contributions and enriching discussions.

The SBR Republican GOP Club meets the third Wednesday of the month from 3:30 to 5 p.m. in the Sol Ballroom at the Ranch House Grill and Brewery. All SaddleBrooke Ranch residents are welcome to attend.

Our goal is to educate our community about people and issues at the local, state, and federal levels. Please watch for our meeting announcements in the weekly Ranch Reminder. See you there!
