Is there a story in your heart you’ve always wanted to tell? Or is there a story from your youth you’d like to share? Or do you just have a hankering to write? If so, consider joining our Ranch Writers Workshop.
We are a group of SaddleBrooke Ranchers who have a passion for writing. Our member writings range anywhere from autobiographical remembrances to whimsical fiction. All types of writing are encouraged, including short stories, poetry, and even novel excerpts. Like any craft, we believe that your writing skills only get better by practicing and sharing your craft. Talent is a developing process, so anyone who likes to write is welcome to join us—regardless of your writing ability.
Our mission is: We, the members of the Ranch Writers, have a passion for writing. We support any activity which will enhance our writing skills.
To support this mission, we support a friendly environment where we share our writing and provide helpful feedback and encouragement. We meet on the second Wednesday of every month at 1 p.m. in the LaVista Room. New members are always welcome!
So, if there is a story you’ve always wanted to write or you’re just interested in finding out more, contact Chuck Coxe at cfcoxe@gmail.com or call 404-452-4573.
Or join us at an upcoming meeting to see what we’re all about!
