Unit 6 Welcomes New Neighbors

On Sept. 24, Unit 6 welcomed our newest neighbors with a “Driveway Drinks Happy Hour” at Jeff and Erin Pricco’s. New neighbors and old came together to visit with each other after a long, hot summer. Our newest neighbors who attended were Jo and Raj Sehgal, Renee Strand and Dennis Krazel, Barbara Ventura-Worby and Steven Worby, and renter Steve Beltzer. Welcome to the neighborhood!
Unit 46A Block Party and Fundraiser for OARR

Happy fall to everyone! Unit 46A celebrated the fall season by having a block party and fundraiser for Oracle Animal Rescue & Rehab (OARR). Jackie Foley coordinated the 50/50 raffle and Julie and her assistant from the OARR brought four beautiful Lab puppies for a Meet and Greet. The SaddleBrooke Ranch Fire Department stopped by to support our block party.
Our fundraiser raised more than $300 to be split between OARR and a lucky winner. Our winners, Barbara and Tom Lambrecht, were so gracious and they donated their winnings back to OARR. It made us all go ahhhhh.
Even though the temp was at 94+ degrees outside the breeze made it a “cool” time. Everyone was so excited to see new neighbors and friends whom they have not seen for a while.
