Guest Speakers
Walter (Les) Presmyk, Candidate for Arizona Mine Inspector. Les Presmyk, Arizona’s State Mine Inspector, was appointed to this important position in September 2025. A native Arizonan, lifelong Republican, and 40-year resident of Gilbert, Les has dedicated both his professional and public service careers to the people of Arizona. A graduate of the University of Arizona College of Mines, Les brings nearly 44 years of mining industry experience to the office. As State Mine Inspector, Les is committed to protecting Arizona miners and the public through mine inspections, safety training, and the identification and securing of abandoned mines throughout the state.
Chris King, Candidate for Arizona State Senate. Chris King came to Arizona while serving in the United States Air Force and made the state his home more than 25 years ago. During his 20-plus years of military service, he completed combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, served in South Korea, trained as both a commercial electrician and explosive ordnance disposal technician, and earned two Bronze Star Medals and an Air Force Commendation Medal with Valor. He currently serves on the Vail Unified School District Governing Board, where he advocates for accountability and student-focused education.
Anthony Dunham, Candidate for Arizona State Senate. Anthony Dunham is a proud Christian conservative, father of three, Iraq War veteran, medically retired law enforcement officer, and lifelong volunteer in his church, community, and for fellow veterans. Guided by faith, family, freedom, and the constitution, Anthony will always put America and LD17 first as he fights to keep our border secure, strengthen our economy, cut crime, and protect our kids. He is running to give “We the People” of LD17 their voice and seat back at the state capital. He will ensure this seat stays in the hands of the people of LD17 and not special interests.
John Winchester, Candidate for Arizona House of Representatives (LD17). John is currently running for the Arizona House of Representatives in Legislative District 17. His work has long focused on bringing people together to solve problems and strengthen Arizona communities. John serves as the Senior Director of Government & Community Engagement for Arizona State University, representing Southern Arizona across Pima, Cochise, and Santa Cruz counties. John is a lifelong Tucsonan who lives in Southern Arizona with his wife Fernanda and their four children.
SBRC Mission Statement
The mission of the SaddleBrooke Ranch Conservatives (SBRC) shall be to educate and empower our members to act to further Conservative and Republican goals, provide a collegiate atmosphere for discussion, elect Republican/Conservative candidates, support the Republican Party, support the Constitution of the United States, and provide social functions and gatherings to promote membership morale, camaraderie, and communications.
