Alexander Kolodin

Sheila K. Muehling

The SaddleBrooke Ranch Conservatives (SBRC) next meeting is Wednesday, Oct. 14, 3:30-5:30 p.m. in the SBR Sol Ballroom. Meet Secretary of State candidate Alexander Kolodin.

The 2026 midterm elections are just 34 days away!

Over the past 18 months, SBRC has worked to bring you information about many of the candidates who will appear on your ballot on Nov. 3. At our September meeting, we also examined the ballot propositions and discussed the potential impact of each measure if approved by Arizona voters.

October’s Featured Speaker: Alexander Kolodin

At our Oct. 14 meeting, SBRC will welcome Alexander Kolodin, the Republican candidate for Arizona Secretary of State.

I believe the Secretary of State race deserves the serious attention of every Arizona voter. While many may consider the Governor’s race the most important statewide election, the Secretary of State has a critical role in Arizona’s elections and election administration.

The Secretary of State’s responsibilities include: elections, voter registration, election equipment, ballot measures, candidate certification, election results, campaign finance, political disclosures, business registrations, notaries, public records, keeper of the great seal.

The Secretary of State also works closely with Arizona’s county election officials and plays a significant role in establishing and administering statewide election procedures.

Why Alexander Kolodin?

Alexander Kolodin is an attorney, Arizona legislator, and election-law advocate who has represented Legislative District 3 in the Arizona House of Representatives. His campaign has made election law, election transparency, and election integrity central issues in his candidacy for Secretary of State.

I have personally worked with Alex at the state party level, and I have found him to be exceptionally knowledgeable about Arizona election law and deeply committed to the subject of election integrity.

Come Hear Alex for Yourself

Join us on Oct. 14 to learn more about Alexander Kolodin, his background, his views on Arizona’s election system, and what he believes the Secretary of State should do to ensure that Arizona elections are conducted according to the law.

Your vote matters. Your voice matters. And understanding the responsibilities of the office—and the candidates seeking it—is an important part of being an informed Arizona voter.

We look forward to seeing you on Oct. 14!

Who Are the Judges on the 2026 Ballot?

In addition to candidates and propositions, Arizona voters will be asked whether to retain judges serving at the state, county, and local levels. To assist voters, we will provide each attendee with a guide listing the judges appearing on the ballot and the court on which each judge serves.

Join us for this informative program and leave better prepared to cast an informed ballot in the 2026 General Election.
