Community Church at SaddleBrooke (CCSB) worships together, but we also play together and have a wonderful time enjoying each other’s company. We could not have picked a better evening in July. The weather was right, and the views from our Parish House balcony were spectacular!
The game that we played was also special. It was a game in which we were asked to guess what name was posted on our backs. The name was one of the many names out of the Bible. Once we guessed who it was, we put the sticker on the front of our shirt. It proved to be a game that encouraged us to talk and socialize with each other at the party. It also gave us the opportunity to talk and really get to know people whose faces we recognized.
Everyone brought an appetizer, and the wonderful dessert was provided by Jeanne Fernandez for her husband Rick. All of us enjoyed tasting each other’s wonderful food. It was just one great evening for all of us to enjoy spending time together.
Community Church at SaddleBrooke meets every Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m. in the DesertView Theatre. We are an all-denominational Christian Church and all are welcome.
