Get invoved with SaddleBrooke’s live theatre group, Community Circle Players! In February 2017, CCP’s first murder mystery dinner theatre production Eat, Drink and Be Deadly was such an overwhelming success that additional performances were added to accommodate the demand for tickets. Almost 900 were served great food and entertainment at the dinner mystery, making SB asking for more.
This year’s CCP mystery dinner production will be presented:
April 8, 9, 10 and 11 in the HOA1 Vistas
April 12, 13 and 14 at HOA2 Ballroom with additional performances if needed.
Auditions for the production will be held Monday and Wednesday, November 13 and 15, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the MountainView Ballroom. Those auditioning should plan to come on both days. There also may be callbacks from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 16, if needed.
Whether you’ve acted before or not, consider trying out. Accurate memorization is a must. Rehearsals will begin in mid-January, continuing three times a week through early March and more frequently late March up until the performances.
Susan Sterling will be directing with Carol Merlini assisting. Community Circle Players (CCP)’s Producer: Shawne Cryderman; Chief Financial Officer: Tim Morsani; Costumes: Patty Gregory-Burke; Set Construction: Cash Striplin, Tim Morsani, Ron Andrea; Set Design: Eve Fly, Walls of Wonder; Props: Marjorie Herrmann; Line Coaches: Tim Morsani, Andrea Molberg, Carol Merlini; PR: Andrea Molberg; Photographer: Steve Weiss.
CCP builds on the legacy of Susan and Steve Shear whose PrimeTime Players brought first-rate, top quality theater to SaddleBrooke audiences for many years. In CCPs new format the ticket price includes a full dinner. Tickets will be going on sale at the administrative offices of each HOA in early 2018.
In addition to actors, Community Circle Players also is looking for help with costumes, sets, props, public relations and advertising.
