The new year kicked off with the SaddleBrooke Ranch Tennis Association (SBRTA) hard at work. SBRTA welcomed a new board of directors and thanked the outgoing president, Mark Adamson, for his contributions and positive changes to the club over the last two years. Board members are nominated and elected annually by club members.
The 2025 SBRTA Board Members are: Sue Cook (President), Marc Argabright (Vice President), Roger Cowles (Treasurer), Paula Cartwright (Secretary), Debbie Argabright and Jill Stark (Events), and Sandy Tucker (Membership).
On Feb. 10, SBRTA’s new president, Sue Cook, hosted a Meet and Mingle event where club members had an opportunity to meet and share ideas with the new board and committee members.
The 2025 social event season began with rollicking fun at the Gaslight Theater Dance Party featuring the band The Little House of Funk.

Feb. 24-26: 3rd Annual Battle for the Saddle Tennis Tournament between SBRTA and SaddleBrooke Tennis Club. The tournament concluded with the Battle for the Saddle Dinner Dance.
March 10: Pizza & POP Tennis Event
April 5 and 6: WTN United States Tennis Association Tournament
Interspersed with the tournaments and social events, there will be tennis and POP tennis clinics and training for players of all levels offered on an on-going basis throughout the year.
2025 promises to be an exciting year for SBRTA!
