Beverly Hinton holds six aquatic exercise classes each week. It is a total body workout for men and women. Her classes are on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The only thing you need for the class is water weights (foam dumbbells), pool shoes, a bottle of water, and a smile. Your tempo and intensity increases as you learn her routine. It is truly a high-level aerobics class for our active adult community here at SaddleBrooke Ranch.
