We are team SBR: Supportive – Brave – Resilient.
As they say at the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Cancer is not cancelled, so neither is Light the Night!
This year’s walk will be virtual, and here at the Ranch, that means we will have our own virtual Light the Night Golf Cart Ride on Saturday, Oct. 24, at 7 p.m.
For the past five years, SaddleBrooke Ranch and the Cancer Support Group has not only attended this annual event, but also has consistently won awards for being a top team in both members and fundraising!
There is no cost to join, but donations are welcome.
By joining our team and raising funds for this important cause, you’ll make a real impact on the fight against cancer. We come together as a community to honor survivors, raise awareness of blood cancers and all cancers, and remember those who have lost their battle.
Please do not delay. Join the SBR: Supportive, Brave, Resilient Team at www.pages.lls.org/ltn/az/TucsonL20/SBRSupportiveBraveResilient and join our efforts!
Raise $100 and you will receive a t-shirt (all types of cancer survivors get a special shirt; simply email [email protected] with your shirt size) and a lantern to use on ride night!
No golf cart? No worries! Plenty of folks have back seats on their carts.
Can’t attend the ride? Feel free to make a donation to the team member of your choice by logging on to www.pages.lls.org/ltn/az/TucsonL20/SBRSupportiveBraveResilient, then choose a team member from the “Donate to a Team Member” section on the right side of the page.
For more information, please contact Sandy Jessop at [email protected] or after 2 p.m. at 520-686-4566.
