On July 19, the Wine Club of SaddleBrooke Ranch hosted a taste of Central California Coast wines and small plate food pairings. More than 100 members packed the Sol Ballroom and enjoyed the menu, which included:
* Qupé Chardonnay Y Block, Santa Barbara County paired with peach bruschetta with mascarpone
* Ravel & Stich Sauvignon Blanc, Central Coast paired with corn cakes with pico de gallo/crème fraîche
* Angels Ink Pinot Noir, Central Coast paired with Santa Maria tri tip skewers with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and onion
* Qupé Syrah, Central Coast paired with chocolate dipped strawberries
Many thanks to the volunteer board, committee members, and wine advisors who give their time to make these events so successful.
