SaddleBrooke Ranch recently hosted an open house for residents at the fabulous new Creative Arts Center. This was their first opportunity to tour the new facility, explore the different rooms and visit with the chairs and monitors for each club.
The new Creative Arts Center is designed to further enhance the overall lifestyle experience for residents who wish to explore their artistic and technological side through creative education, appreciation and expression. The 16,000-square-foot under-roof building offers well-equipped studios for residents to explore various mediums, such as glass art, fine arts and crafts, lapidary and jewelry, pottery/ceramics/sculpture, sewing and quilting, needlepoint and woodworking. Accented with modern touches, the new center also showcases a gallery with numerous display cases, which is an ideal place for residents to display their artistic endeavors.
“In anticipation of the building opening, the chairs and monitors for the clubs have been organizing, training and testing the equipment,” says Tim Fudge, Director of Facilities, Robson Communities, Inc. “They are very excited to begin scheduling their classes, workshops and demos.”
There is also a Technology Room where classes on computer software, hardware, photography, smartphone technology and genealogy will be held. A new library will be housed in the center too.
A grand opening event is planned for later this fall to coordinate with the completion of the highly anticipated Ranch House Clubhouse, showcasing the Ranch House Grill and Brewery.
