Day of Competitive Golf to Support IMPACT of Southern Arizona

Patti Jo Lewis

The SaddleBrooke Ranch Women’s Golf Association (SBRWGA) invites you to participate in our third annual charity golf scramble to benefit IMPACT of Southern Arizona. We created this event to bring the community together in a meaningful way. It’s more than just a great game of golf. It’s providing specific benefits to IMPACT of Southern Arizona. Last year’s event raised over $19,000, and our hope is to reach $20,000 for IMPACT. This local nonprofit works to stabilize families and seniors, and to move people out of poverty:

* Food bank and summer food assistance for children

* Meal deliveries, transportation, and respite day care for seniors

* Clothing bank

* Career training in high-demand fields

Event Details

* Save the date! Tuesday, April 28

* 8 a.m. shotgun start

* Sign-ups will open on Chelsea in March

* Watch for more details (how to sign-up with Chelsea, cost and payment information, lunch options)

Get ready for this event by putting together your foursome (all women, all men, mixed). Besides an exciting day of golf with your friends, prizes include Closest to the Pin on par 3s, team flight prizes—all to be awarded at the luncheon, and the fun continues with raffles and an auction with great rewards.

These are just a few of what the planning committee has in store for you after a morning of golf with your friends at the Ranch (experiences listed are just our initial donations):

* Airbnb in Florida

* Dinner, including wine pairings for 8 prepared by Chef Tima

* Flight with Captain Ed

* Golf foursomes at local courses to include Skyline and Oro Valley Country Clubs

* A one-on-one yoga experience

If you would like to help us out, want to donate something for the raffle, or you have any questions, email us at sbrwga@gmail.com. We look forward to seeing our Ranch golfers at this event!
