The SaddleBrooke Ranch HOA provides the residents of the Ranch many services you may not know are available to you. Darcy Riddle is your assistant, located at the front desk in the lobby of La Hacienda Club. She is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to assist with your questions. Always bring your member ID when you come to the desk.
If guests are coming to visit and you want to make our facilities available for them to use while at the Ranch, they must have a guest pass. Even if they are with you, request a pass for them. They can only be requested Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., so if they are arriving over the weekend, please make plans beforehand. You must complete the Guest Guideline Form and the RCI Validation Form both found on the website at www.saddlebrookeranchhoa.org, under SBR Services, then Residents, Guest Services, and Guest Pass. Or, you can request the forms from Darcy Riddle at the front desk. If they are using the Fitness Center, they must fill out the Waiver and Release Form (one for each guest), then return the form to the fitness center desk. Guest Guidelines are on the website as well, so please familiarize yourself with these guidelines.
You can also request Business Services at the front desk. Payment can be made by cash, check, member card, and debit/credit cards. They can make photocopies for five cents a page (letter) or 10 cents a page (ledger). Faxes are $2 per page (first/cover page for no charge). Laminating is $2 per page. A Notary Service is also available at $2 per notary signature Tuesday to Friday noon until 3 p.m. by appointment only. Call the front desk to make an appointment.
Have you registered your vehicle or updated the registration for that new vehicle you purchased? The Vehicle Registration Form is located on the HOA website under SBR Services, then Residents, Guest Services, and Vehicles. Return the completed form to the front desk.
If you don’t want to fumble for a card when you return through the entry gate, you can purchase a transponder decal for $25 per vehicle to be installed inside the windshield.
If you need additional member ID accessories, you can purchase other accessories at the Front Desk Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The accessories may be used to check in at the fitness center, pool and pro shop. You may also use these accessories to track your food/beverage spending minimum and charge to your member account (if you have completed the Charging Privilege Form). The cost of the additional accessories: Stickers $1, Key Fobs $1.50, Key Tags $1.50, Wristbands $3. If you ever happen to lose your member accessory, please call or notify the front desk.
Lost or found an item, take it to the front desk. Found items will be held for one month. Items that are not retrieved will be donated to a local charity. To claim lost items please stop by the front desk.
