The Source Book and HOA Directory are two different ways of finding someone’s address and phone number in SaddleBrooke Ranch.
The Source Book is actually a hard copy phone book. It is published by Robson Publishing and comes out each October. There is a wealth of information in the book besides homeowners’ names. Plus, the homeowner information is sorted and listed in four different ways.
* The Alphabetical Directory is sorted by homeowner’s last name and includes the street address, phone number, as well as unit and lot numbers.
* The State Listing is organized alphabetically by the state where homeowners said they moved from. This listing gives the prior city name and the phone number for the homeowner.
* The Street Directory lists each street alphabetically. Under each street name, the house numbers are listed numerically from lowest to highest. Each homeowner’s name and phone number are given.
* The Unit/Lot Directory lists each unit numerically. Under each unit number, each homeowner’s name is listed by lot number from lowest to highest.
To be included in the Source Book, homeowners must submit the information themselves on a special form. Information is not automatically taken from any other source. If you use the form in the Source Book, it needs to be faxed to Robson at 480-895-4391. There is also a form online at saddlebrookeranchroundup.com. Just click on the link “Source Book” and then “Update Source Book Listing.”
The deadline for additions or corrections is July 5, 2022. If your phone number has changed during the year, be sure to complete the form.
The HOA Directory is another way to share your name and contact information.
The HOA Directory is accessed through the HOA website: saddlebrookeranchhoa.org. Information on this site is updated by Robson when closing documents are received at Robson in Sun Lakes. This HOA Directory can be seen by residents in the community who use the website.
Homeowners in SBR can also update their own information on the directory. For example, if your phone number or email changes, you can make the changes yourself. Simply log in to saddlebrookeranchhoa.org then click on “Member Center,” “My Profile,” and “View Profile.” The edit button is on the right-side of the screen. If you don’t see it, make sure your screen is expanded to full view. If you have problems updating your information, you can also ask Jamie Shipley at the front desk for assistance.
