Cathy is one of our experienced fitness instructors here at SaddleBrooke Ranch. She and her husband, Stephen, moved to SaddleBrooke Ranch from Temecula, Calif., in 2011. She was fortunate to have a great water aerobics teacher who shared her skills with her. So in 2016, Cathy started teaching water aerobics here at SaddleBrooke Ranch. Cathy finds that teaching and helping so many people has brought a lot of joy to her over the years. Her class focuses on helping students with balance, aerobic fitness, strength weight training, and core strengthening. Currently, Cathy is teaching on the following days:
* Tuesdays, 8 to 8:50 a.m.
* Thursdays, 8 to 8:50 a.m.
* Saturdays, 8 to 8:50 a.m.
