Here at SaddleBrooke Ranch we feel very fortunate to have not one but two instructors who are so talented in instructing yoga. Tanya has been teaching yoga for more than 25 years. Before getting involved in yoga, Tanya was involved in dance and figure skating. She especially loved skiing near Lake Tahoe, where she grew up as a child and teen. She now is a resident at SaddleBrooke Ranch.
She studied and became certified in barre, Ashtanga/Vinyasa, Yin, Pilates, and meditation. Currently at the Ranch, Tanya teaches yoga, barre, and chair yoga, which has been very popular. Her classes are always full!
Tanya feels teaching at the Ranch and working with the residents is so rewarding and fun.
Her classes never disappoint. I personally have taken her yoga class, and I could not recommend it enough. It’s such a great addition to your day. As we all know the Ranch can be a busy place and a little calmness would be a welcome addition to anyone’s day for sure! Don’t hesitate or feel intimidated if you have never tried yoga. It is for all ages and skill levels. Chair yoga might be a good introduction. Don’t wait to register though. It is one of the most popular classes offered here at the Ranch! So grab a friend and try something new. Believe me, you will feel the benefits not only in class but even after!
Tanya offers classes everyday except Saturdays. Pick up a schedule at the fitness center or check the schedule online. It is easy to register. You will be happy you did!
