Suzy Claar
Come join the fun on Mondays from 1 to 4 p.m. We bring our own projects to work on, share ideas, laugh, and get a few projects made. We work on cards, quilling, coloring, or any paper project you may have to work on. The art room has many supplies available for our members, including a Cricut and a Gemini for your die cut and embossing needs. Our yearly membership is $20 for 2023. Upcoming Classes
* Cardmaking 101, Jan. 28, 1 to 3 p.m. This class is open to all SBR residents and is free. All supplies are provided, but if you have scissors, adhesives, a paper cutter, and any special paper you want to use, please bring those with you. You will get the basics on how to start your own beautiful cards. Class limit 12. Reserve your spot by emailing Suzy Claar at [email protected].
* Cardmaking 102, March 4, 1 to 3 p.m. This class is open to all SBR residents and is free. All supplies are provided, but if you have scissors, adhesives, a paper cutter, and any special paper you want to use please bring those with you. This class will raise your level of cardmaking to the next level. Class limit 12. Reserve your spot by emailing Suzy Claar at [email protected].
* Upcycle Cards, date to be determined. All cards made will be donated to Mending Souls. This is a fun opportunity to put your card-making talents to good use using old donated cards and making them into new cards. Watch for more information to come.
Cards for Sale
If you need a last-minute birthday card, sympathy card, or just a hello card, stop by Paper Crafters in the Creative Arts & Technology Center and purchase your card needs. Cards are $4 each.
