American Mah Jongg is a favorite game of many Ranchers. Cheryl Margolis, Susan Armstrong, Cathy Kauffman, and Darlynn Nero enjoyed a game at a shaded table near the pool with plans to take a dip after playing. These ladies became pickleball friends about two years ago and extended their repertoire to American Mah Jongg last fall.
Anyone interested in playing American Mah Jongg with a larger group can play at La Hacienda Club every Thursday at 12:30 p.m. Anyone interested in learning this fun and challenging game can come to the club, where the organizers have a beginners’ table to teach the game in addition to several tables for experienced players.
