Meet Bridget Bonner, Fitness Instructor of the Month

If you are looking for some calmness and focus in your fitness plan, check out what Bridget Bonner’s classes have to offer. Bridget is a Yoga Alliance-experienced and licensed yoga instructor. She has been a fitness professional since 1987.

Bridget is very passionate about health and wellness and committed to a healthy lifestyle. She loves to share her passion with anyone she meets, and because of this dedication and passion she is almost always an inspiration to those she meets.

Bridget teaches three different classes at SaddleBrooke Ranch. They are as follows:

Mondays: Vinyasa Flow Yoga—In this practice the poses flow in a moving meditation, with breath awareness.

Fridays: Gentle Yoga—This practice is a gentler version of Vinyasa Flow Yoga.

Saturdays: YoChi—This is a fusion of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

All three of these practices are held at 7 a.m. at the Hacienda Club in the group fitness room.

Through all these practices, Bridget will help awaken and connect your body, breath, mind, and spirit by building strength and improving flexibility and balance, resulting in a sense of peace, contentment, and wellbeing.
