On March 7, 27 Minnesota Club members were treated to an authentic Swedish dinner. We had chicken wild rice soup, Swedish meatballs in a delightful sauce complete with lingonberry jam, and topped the evening with authentic Swedish apple pie! Everything was beyond delicious. We were delighted and thanked Chef Manny and Chef Jeremy, as well as Tyler and our server, Ben, who went out of their way to make the evening wonderful.
