The Newcomers Welcome group just released an updated version of the Settler’s Guide. The guide is designed to help new residents settle into their new SaddleBrooke Ranch homes. It contains information about our community and surrounding area. It is intended to acquaint you with activities inside the community, places of interest near SaddleBrooke Ranch, and the area in general. You will find new information on contacts within the HOA for various tasks, updates on the Ranch House Grill and Bistro, and how to order a lock box for the front of your home. Also included in the guide is information on outside services to renew your driver’s license, volunteer opportunities, information on agencies and public organizations, and so much more.
For more seasoned residents, you may find information helpful to you as well, as things change in the community and the surrounding area.
To access the Settler’s Guide electronically, go to the SBR HOA website at saddlebrookeranchhoa.org and log in with your member number and password. Under “SBR Info” located on the green bar at the top of the front page, drop down to “New Homeowner Resources” for the pdf file.
