Rotary Human Trafficking Awareness Seminar April 13

Rotary International is committed to combating human trafficking through the Rotary Action Group for Human Trafficking. Join us on April 13, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., in La Hacienda Club as we welcome local experts to explore this critical issue and discuss practical solutions for prevention, intervention, and survivor support.

Human trafficking—often referred to as modern-day slavery—is a crime that uses force, fraud, or coercion to exploit individuals for labor or sexual purposes. It is a global crisis impacting people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds.

Seminar topics include:

* Identifying and rescuing victims

* Trauma-informed healing and recovery

* Survivor aftercare and long-term support

* Preparing individuals for a safe, independent, and fulfilling life
