The SaddleBrooke Ranch (SBR) Colorado Club held a happy hour celebrating “Springtime in the Rockies” on March 20 at the Ranch House Patio. More than 80 existing and new members attended. Many embraced the theme by wearing Colorado Rockies baseball team shirts with ladies dressed in their finest flowery spring attire. Guests overlooked the very warm weather with cool cocktails from the bar, snacks for munching, and fun, lively conversations. To further enhance the experience, comfy furniture was set up in the shade, as were tables with umbrellas. We also loved our beautiful views!
Club members wore name tags with info about where they were from and some included information on schools attended and jobs worked to encourage connections with fellow Coloradans. Newcomers especially appreciated the opportunity to meet and make new friends. Since the club does not charge dues, members graciously made cash contributions and purchased tickets to participate in a 50/50 drawing. All income goes towards future club events. Thanks to all the attendees who made this get–together such a big success and to the great staff at the Ranch Grill.
