The SBR Duplicate Bridge Club celebrated the holidays with a catered lunch on Friday, Dec. 17, 2021, before enjoying an afternoon of bridge. The club’s director, Linda Gorman, and codirector, Neil Hartman, preside over weekly games of four, five, or more tables. The club meets every Friday afternoon beginning at 1 p.m. in the La Vista card and game room of the La Hacienda building, and welcomes all SBR bridge players who use the Standard American bidding system. Games are not sanctioned, and results are published on Saturdays. This group is known for its camaraderie and love of the game.
