The SBR Women’s Club celebrated the holiday season at their luncheon on December 12. Sharon Morey started the short program by thanking the outgoing members of the club’s executive committee and welcoming members of the committee who will take over in January.
“It’s so gratifying to pass the torch and to see the club growing along with our community,” Sharon said. “Club events are a great way to connect with friends and neighbors.”
Monthly luncheons are held on the second Monday of each month at the Hacienda Club. Throughout the year four meetings will feature speakers, and four meetings will emphasize socializing. Lunches are $12 for members and $14 for non-members.
