The SaddleBrooke Ranch Men’s Golf Association (SBRMGA) boasts one of the most extensive memberships among the prestigious clubs within SaddleBrooke Ranch. Our ethos blends competitive spirit with the joy of the game, ensuring every round is both challenging and enjoyable.
We tee off every Thursday morning promptly at 8 a.m., utilizing a “shotgun” start, welcoming all members, both seasoned and new, to join us on the course. Each week presents a fresh opportunity for camaraderie and skill development, with a variety of game formats including computer picks, team events, individual challenges, and partner games—both flighted and non-flighted, encompassing net and gross scoring.
Participation requires a nominal entry fee of $5, conveniently charged to your homeowner’s card upon check-in at the Pro Shop. Additionally, each member receives a complimentary basket of range balls every Thursday, ensuring everyone is primed for their best performance.
It’s worth noting that sign-up for Thursday events opens 30 days in advance and closes at noon on the Friday preceding the event. For prospective members, joining is a seamless process. Simply establish your initial handicap, sign into Chelsea (under Events-Rules-Results at sbrmga.com), navigate to the “Request” tab, select “Add an Event Request” from the dropdown menu, and choose the Thursday SBR Men’s event of your preference. Confirm your details and submit, and you’ll receive a confirmation email along with your designated tee time.
