Español y Más, with instructor Judy Freeman, is again offering a Beginning Spanish class at the Ranch. This is your chance to jump in at the beginning or brush up on the skills you’ve already acquired.
Start your path to conversation, and you might find yourself having a little fun along the way! You’re never too late; just join up anytime and move along with us!
The beginning class will meet in La Vista Room, weekly for 12 weeks, starting Feb. 1.
Step 1: ¡Vamos a Hablar!—Thursdays, 9 to 11 a.m. (Feb. 1: 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.), $175
Other classes are available, also meeting for 12 weeks, starting the week of Feb. 6. Choose the one that suits you and your previous experience and study best!
The following classes meet in the Agate Room, SaddleBrooke TWO Arts & Crafts Center:
Step 2: Speaking in present and past time, vocabulary practice—Mondays, 1 to 3 p.m., $180
Step 3: Possessives, reflexive verb use, object pronouns—Tuesdays, 10 a.m. to noon, $180
Step 4: Future and conditional, commands—Wednesdays, 1 to 3 p.m., $180
Step 5: Subjunctive intro, prepositions—Mondays, 10 a.m. to noon, $180
The following class is Zoom only:
Step 6: Perfect tenses, past subjunctive—Tuesdays, 1 to 4 p.m., $160
Conversation and grammar:
For those who want to maintain and improve their skills. Wednesdays, 10 a.m. to noon, location TBA and Zoom, $140
Evening classroom/Zoom classes:
* Intermediate—Tuesdays, 6 to 8 p.m., $140
* Advanced Beginning—Wednesdays, 4:30-6:30 p.m. and TBA, $140
