Staying Cool on the Pickleball Courts

It is necessary to stay cool on the pickleball courts when the temperatures climb above 100 degrees. Raynelle Dihl uses a spray bottle full of ice cold water to spray her face, neck, and arms. CJ Utecht uses a visor plus a cooling scarf around her neck. Karen Bellinger uses a plastic bag full of ice cubes to cool down!
