The Oracle Mountain Vista School has several significant challenges with structural, health, and safety issues, which impact students learning and the entire educational environment. The Oracle School District Governing Board appointed an Advisory Committee to begin a full analysis of the capital improvement needs and create a plan. This committee included teachers, residents of Oracle, SaddleBrooke, and SaddleBrooke Ranch.
Upon completion of the committee’s review, the original capital improvements plan was presented, reviewed, and accepted by the school board. They also approved a Class B Bond be presented to the voters on the November 2019 election.
Residents of SaddleBrooke Ranch pay taxes for the Oracle School District and will be asked to vote on two Propositions in the November 2019 election.
Join Thursday Talks when we welcome Ron Green, member of the Oracle School District Advisory Committee and a resident of SaddleBrooke Ranch as he explains the requirements needed for the school district and what the impact will be to residents. The date for this talk is Thursday, September 19, at 4:00 p.m. in the La Mesa Room located in the La Hacienda Fitness Center.
