Join Debbie McGrady in her weekly Body Works class in sculpting and toning your whole body. She will focus on muscular endurance and strength. The class includes approximately 20 minutes of cardio to some great music, about 20 to 25 minutes of weightlifting, and 10 minutes of abs that end with stretching and a cooldown. Debbie guarantees that she will get your heart pumping and make you sweat! The high energy in the class can increase your endurance and strengthen your core. More importantly, it is super fun!
