Deb Brown and Ken Arneson recently moved into Unit 1 on Arroyo Vista from eastern Washington State. Their friends also moved to SBR. They have also lived in Yuma, Ariz.

Charles and Susan Schellenger closed in October from Georgia into their new home on Cypress Canyon Drive in Unit 19. They have also lived in South Carolina, Wisconsin, and Illinois as well as living part-time in SaddleBrooke. They enjoy wine, beer (joined the SBR Brew Crew), RVing, travel of all kinds, and gardening.

Kurt and Dana Morgan closed in October on their new home on Cypress Canyon Drive in Unit 19 from Puerto Penasco, Mexico, with their pets, Waylon, Willie, and Coco. They previously lived in Chandler, Ariz., and Mercer Island, Wash. Kurt was a sea captain for over 30 years in Alaska, gaining the nickname Captain Morgan. They love golf, all the amenities offered at the Ranch as well as traveling to warm tropical locations.

Alan and Christine Sebesta moved into their new home on Arroyo Vista Drive, Unit 1, in October from Woodland Park, Colo. They have also lived in Montrose, Colo., and Albuquerque, N.M. Our friendly community and the weather was the draw to move to the Ranch. Alan worked with Native American groups in New Mexico for 25 years. Christine worked in real estate. They have four grandchildren. If you see them with a hammer in hand, they are remodeling their new home.
