Welcome New Neighbors

Linda and Mark Goldojarb and their dog, Moxie, formerly from Phoenix, closed on their new home in early April on Travertine Street in Unit 18B. They love the community and the friendly people at the Ranch. Mark builds and plays bass guitars, while Linda enjoys sewing and quilting.

Lorene (Reenie) and Gerald (Jerry) Henderson (Jerry not pictured), from Washington state, closed at the end of December 2024, but moved to their new home on Marble Drive in Unit 21B in mid-March 2025. They enjoy pickleball and photography.

Amy Ruff and her dog Bonnie, from Walla Walla, Wash, closed on her new home at the end of March 2025 on Big Horn Drive in Unit 7. She previously lived in Colorado but has moved all over with the military. The amenities, weather, and location sold Amy on moving to SBR. She enjoys walking, line dancing, cards, and tennis.

Bob and Karli Dytenski recently moved to Acadia Lane in Unit 19 from northern California. They have also lived in Oregon and Texas. They love the “vibe” of the community and all the friendly neighbors. Their hobbies are woodworking and yoga.

Debbie and Matt Barton from Phoenix moved into her new home in Unit 19 on Skyview Way in early April 2025. They have also lived in Illinois. They enjoy golf and Arizona Cardinals football.

Welcome to our new homeowners moving into our beautiful community in the last few months.

We have a wonderful welcome program for all new SaddleBrooke Ranch (SBR) residents. Each month, the Newcomers Welcome Volunteers hold a gathering for new homeowners and renters. You are invited to attend to learn more about our community. We take photographs of homeowners to be included in the SaddleBrooke Ranch Roundup newspaper. It is optional to have your photograph taken, but it is a good way to be introduced to the community.

We encourage all new residents to visit the SBR HOA Desk, which is located at the opposite end of the Ranch House Grill, to meet Jamie Shipley and Ashley Jennings, and receive their orientation information for SaddleBrooke Ranch. We also encourage renters to visit Jamie to receive a renter’s card to use at the fitness center and indoor pool. Jamie can register you and provide access to other HOA information.

The group of Newcomers Welcome Volunteers consists of SBR residents who enjoy meeting people and welcoming them to our community. They are active and enthusiastically involved with many of the clubs and organizations. Contact our group if you would like to become a Newcomers Welcome Volunteer.
