
Roger and Diana Hara moved into their new home on Arroyo Bello Drive in Unit 6 from Marana, Ariz. They have also lived in Dallas, Texas. They enjoy the wildlife we share in our community. They enjoy golf and lapidary.

Ken and Kristin Krug from Benton, Ill. closed on their new home on Arroyo Bello Drive in Unit 7 with their two Westies, Finn and Jack, They have also lived in Louisville, Ky., as well as Lake Bluff and Monmouth, Ill. The climate sold them on the Ranch. They enjoy the dog park and pickleball.

Jennifer and Jeff Johnston closed on their new home on Hyrax Lane in late May, but will move into their home in November 2026. They have lived in Colorado and Nebraska. They enjoy mountain bicycling, golf, and hiking.

Daniel and Bonnie Kirpes moved into their new home on Ankole Drive in Unit 4B from Olympia, Wash. Bonnie is a crafter and Dan is a woodworker.

Mike and Lisa Moat from Minneapolis, Minn., moved into their new home on Willet Way in July. The beauty, amenities, location, the friendly people, and the weather brought them to SBR. Mike is a musician and Lisa is a painter.

In late June, John and Nancy Barnes moved into their new home on Desert Pupfish Drive in unit 4B from Ahwatukee, Ariz. They have two dogs, Cooper and Brodie. They have also lived in Bothell, Wash. All the amenities and the quiet community sold them on moving to the Ranch. They enjoy golf and pickleball.

Richard and Michelle Davis moved to their new home on Cattle Trail in Unit 6 from Grisham, Ore. They enjoy hiking, pickleball, running, and bicycling.

Deneen and Todd Buley from Landenberg, Pa.,moved into their new home on Marble Drive in Unit 18A in July with their longhair Dachshund, Bentley Bean. They have also lived in Boise, Idaho. Trekking and bicycle riding are favorite pastimes, and they are telescope enthusiasts viewing the dark sky, stars, and planets.
